We are looking for a skilled and experienced bicycle mechanic to join our team. As the Lead Mechanic, you will be responsible for all aspects of bike repair and maintenance, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction. 

• Bicycle Repair & Maintenance: Perform basic and advanced repairs and maintenance on a variety of bicycles. Diagnose problems, communicate with customers, and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and assist with training junior mechanics, providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Technical Expertise: Stay up to date on the latest technologies and trends in the cycling industry.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide repair estimates, and offer expert advice on bicycle maintenance and upgrades.

• 3+ years experience working in a bike shop as a technician or mechanic with a deep understanding of bicycle components, repair techniques, and maintenance practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks continuously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem solving skills and proven attention to detail.
