We are looking for a motivated and eager Junior Bicycle Mechanic to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about bikes, who is eager to learn and develop their mechanical skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a Junior Mechanic, you will work closely with our Lead Mechanics, assisting with repairs, maintenance, and customer service.

• Assist with Repairs: Support senior mechanics with bicycle repairs and maintenance tasks, and perform basic tune-ups, tire swaps, and minor mechanical adjustments.
• Workshop Support: Help maintain a clean and organized workshop environment. This may include cleaning up the work station, taking out the trash, and replacing supplies.
• Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and helpful service to customers, answering the phone, assisting with bike check-ins, discussing basic repair needs, and answering general questions.
• Learning & Development: Engage in ongoing training and development, learning new skills and techniques under the guidance of experienced mechanics.

• Passion for bicycles and a strong desire to learn more about bike mechanics.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working in a retail or customer service industry is a plus, but not required.
